Image provenance

Images on this site are labelled. Concept render means a generated visualisation of planned work. Shop photo means a photograph of the actual vehicle. Renders show intended outcomes and are not a representation that the work is complete.

Advisory services

Written advisory replies are educational opinion based on the photographs and description you provide. They are not an inspection, not an engineering assessment, and not a guarantee of mechanical outcome, fitment, or safety. You are responsible for verifying anything before acting on it, and for having safety-critical work performed and inspected by a qualified professional.

Turnaround targets are 72 hours for a quick question, 7 days for a full review, and 10 days for a build visualisation, measured from receipt of both payment and a complete submission.

Refunds

• Advisory services. Refundable in full before a reply is sent. No refund once the reply has been delivered.
• Build visualisation. Refundable before work begins. Once a first draft is delivered, no refund.
• Digital products. 14 days.
• Prints and physical goods. 30 days if unused and undamaged. Return shipping is on the buyer unless the item arrived faulty.

Submitted content

When you submit a build you confirm the photographs are yours to share and you grant Charcoal Ten a non-exclusive licence to publish them on this site and its social accounts, credited to your first name. You can ask for removal at any time by emailing . Submissions are reviewed before publication and we may decline any submission without giving a reason.

Privacy

We collect what you type into the forms on this site: name, email, location, vehicle details, your question, and any photographs you attach. This is used to answer you, to fulfil orders, and — if you opted in — to email you when new content publishes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never reach this site and are never stored by us. Form submissions are delivered by a third-party form provider. Analytics are cookie-light and aggregate; we do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone.
